You have 100% ability to refuse a business and remove the businesses from our lead list prior to us beginning work. Refusals are not allowed after a location on the approved list is secured by our telemarketing team.
The right of refusal is very important which is why we give you unparalleled access to our lead list before we ever make a single call. This puts the power in your hands to make sure we’re targeting the businesses you want.
What is a lead list? A lead list is a list of businesses that we create specific to your area. You will be able to provide us with the zip code areas where you service machines and our team will then come up with a list of businesses in that area for you to review. Once you approve the list then our sales reps will begin calling businesses on that list.
Can I refuse a business on my approved list? Yes, however, there is a $150 replacement fee if you reject (decide you don't like the business for some reason) a location on your approved list. Our sales team spends a great deal of time calling, faxing, emailing and communicating with businesses on your approved list which is why we charge for replacements for this reason. Should the location decide the machine is not a good for them then we would repalce the location Free of Charge. If you decide you do not want to install a machine into the business you may order a discounted replacement for $150.
The contract is meant to protect you and the location owner. We have no practicing attorneys on staff and we advise you to have your own attorney look over the contract. Some of the key provisions are outlined below:
Exclusive Grant -This means that no other vending machine operators using automated vending machines will be allowed to sell soda, snack or other food products at the location. This is a very important clause because it requires them to use you for their vending needs. .
Compensation – This is where you set out how much you are willing to offer the business in commission. We will negotiate the commission rate with the location for you.
Ownership of Machines - This gives you, the operator, the ability to remove your machines from the business at any time. This is important in case a business shuts down and you need to speak with a leasing agency or building owner to retrieve your machines.
Risk of Damage to Machines – This provides you protection from employees who damage your machine. In the event that a machine is damaged from an employee of the location, you have the right to request compensation to repair or replace the machine.
Utilities - This outlines that the location owner is responsible for picking up the utility bill for your vending machines.
