Platinum Plan Includes:

• Revenue Guarantee –
  • For every 3 Locations you order we provide you with 1 free replacement location.
  • Replacement locations may be used if you are unhappy with a location for any reason.
  • For Example: With an order of 12 locations you will receive 4 free replacement locations.
  • You have 90 days from the date we initially find a location to request a free replacement.
• 3 Month “Kick Out” Warranty –
  • If a machine is kicked out (the manager or owner asks you to remove the machine) of a location in the first 90 days from the date the location is found we will replace it free of charge.
  • This does not count against the 1 free replacement location that comes with every 3 locations ordered.
• 2 Year Extended Warranty –
  • After a machine has been on location for 90 days you may order an unlimited number of additional replacement locations for $20 each.
  • This could be due to a business shutting down or a machine simply not generating enough revenue.
  • You may order replacement locations for up to two years after the date the location was initially found.

Gold Plan Includes:

• 3 Month “Kick Out” Warranty –
  • If a machine is kicked out (the manager or owner asks you to remove the machine) of a location in the first 90 days from the date the location is found we will replace it free of charge.
• 2 Year Extended Warranty –
  • After a machine has been on location for 90 days you may order an unlimited number of additional replacement locations for $20 each.
  • This could be due to a business shutting down or a machine simply not generating enough revenue.
  • You may order replacement locations for up to two years after the date the location was initially found.

Silver Plan Includes:

  • If a machine is kicked out (the manager or owner asks you to remove the machine) of a location in the first 90 days from the date the location is found we will replace it free of charge.

Replacement Location Includes:

• 30 day “Kick Out” Warranty –
  • If a machine is kicked out (the manager or owner asks you to remove the machine) of a location in the first 30 days from the date the location is found we will replace it free of charge.

The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

(1) Bulk Vending Machine Location Placement - Guaranteed placement in given location. Placement must occur within 10 days of receiving the location. Special circumstances may warrant an extended placement time. ** After a 10 day period of non placement there will be no refunds granted for the given location.

(2) 3 Month Replacement Guarantee (Kickouts) - Locations are guaranteed for 90 days of good service. I.E. If you are disbanded from a location we will replace it free of charge within the 90 day period. You must request the replacement on our Admin Panel within the 90 day period. We will replace a maximum of 30% of locations ordered due to kickout.

(3) Two Year Extended Warranty - $20 replacement for any reason within two years. - We provide two years of trouble free replacements for any reason. I.E. If a location does not meet your revenue expectations we will replace the location at our discounted $20 rate. Replacements must be in the same search area as the initial order. ** This applies to our Platinum and Gold Plans only.

(4) Revenue Guarantee – We will replace a maximum of 1 out of every 3 locations due to poor performance. I.E. With a 12 location order we will replace 4 locations due to poor performance. ** This applys to our Platinum Plan only. You must order a minimum of 3 locations to qualify for the free replacement service. You must request the replacement on our Admin Panel within the 90 day period.

(5) Locataion Rejection - A maximum of 20% of locations may be turned down prior to placement. We do understand that you may not feel comfortable placing at all locations. However, we have a firm belief that any location can become a good one with some effort.

(6) Team Work – Success within any business is about relying on others to help you achieve your goals. Having a jovial personality and caring demeanor is going to go a long way in creating a successful vending business. We even suggest wearing a charity name badge during placement to increase your philanthropic visibility! This business is FUN, don’t forget that!

Special Terms: All terms are subject to change without notice. Orders will not be refunded prior to 60 days after an order is placed, this time must be granted to complete an order. Refunds will not be granted after 120 days of placing an order. Refunds will not be granted after a location has initially been found. All replacements are subject to our due diligence of current locations.
